Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on jdprime22. You must notify jdprime22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jdprime22 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information current. jdprime22 may contact you at the email or mobile number associated with your Account for verification, security, and compliance purposes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
All financial transactions on jdprime22 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jdprime22 currently supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Available payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed within the jdprime22 account dashboard.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jdprime22 Balance upon receipt and confirmation by jdprime22's payment systems. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantaneously. Bank transfer timelines depend on the processing schedules of the issuing institution. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jdprime22 processes verified withdrawal requests in accordance with published processing timeframes. Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing times. jdprime22 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per time period.
Anti-Money Laundering: jdprime22 operates in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. jdprime22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or decline transactions where suspicious activity is identified. Reports will be filed with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
Currency: All balances, wagers, payouts, and fees on jdprime22 are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to accounts registered with jdprime22.
jdprime22 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to new and existing Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus conversion amounts. Promotion-specific terms are published on jdprime22 at the time each Promotion is made available.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds (or in some Promotions, a combination of Bonus and real-money funds) before a conversion to withdrawable balance is permitted. Contribution rates from individual game types toward wagering requirements vary and are specified in Promotion-specific terms.
Abuse: jdprime22 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion and void associated Bonus Funds if jdprime22 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing the Promotion system, including by creating multiple accounts, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity.
jdprime22 is under no obligation to offer any Promotion to any specific Player and may at its sole discretion exclude individual Players from specific Promotions.
Each game available on jdprime22 is governed by specific rules published within that game's interface or supporting documentation. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating solely to gameplay; these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.
RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on jdprime22 use certified RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of publication and are subject to third-party audit in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure affecting a game outcome, jdprime22 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the applicable wager to the Player's Balance. jdprime22 shall not be liable for losses resulting from system malfunctions outside of jdprime22's reasonable control.
Disputed Outcomes: Game results displayed on jdprime22's servers shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. In the event of a dispute between a Player's local display and the server record, the server record shall prevail. Disputes must be submitted to jdprime22 support within thirty (30) days of the relevant event; disputes submitted outside this period will not be entertained.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jdprime22 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
Upon detection of prohibited conduct, jdprime22 may immediately suspend or terminate the offending Account, void pending bets, withhold or forfeit balances, and report the matter to PAGCOR and/or relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.
All content on jdprime22 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, audio, software, and interface design — is the property of jdprime22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to Players.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jdprime22 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any jdprime22 content without prior written consent from jdprime22.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdprime22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of jdprime22 shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jdprime22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if jdprime22 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
jdprime22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

Age verification is conducted at registration and may be requested again at withdrawal or at any time jdprime22 deems appropriate. Player-Initiated Closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jdprime22 support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where technically feasible, subject to completion of any outstanding withdrawal verification requirements.
jdprime22-Initiated Suspension or Closure: jdprime22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the Player is found to have breached these Terms; (b) jdprime22 is required to do so by PAGCOR directive or applicable law; (c) jdprime22 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; or (d) a Player's continued access poses a regulatory, legal, or security risk to jdprime22 or other players.
Upon closure by jdprime22 for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be voided and forfeited. Real-money Balance not implicated in the cause for closure will be returned to the Player following investigation.
jdprime22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jdprime22's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jdprime22 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR's data handling requirements.
jdprime22 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jdprime22 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account. Non-material amendments (including correction of typographical errors or clarification of existing provisions) may take effect immediately upon publication.
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of jdprime22 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and jdprime22, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through jdprime22's internal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. jdprime22 undertakes to respond to formal complaints within fifteen (15) business days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through jdprime22's internal process, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for regulatory mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures. Unresolved matters may thereafter be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines in Pasay City, Metro Manila, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
